Storytelling-Photography Workshop in Thanet 

This 4-sessions photography workshop is for any woman (non-binary/trans included) who has always wanted to pick up their mobile phone and learn how to create engaging and powerful stories.

Dates: 12.09/26.09/03.10/10.10. We meet Fridays from 5-7pm in Westgate.

This course is not overly technical. With over 25 years of experience in documentary photography and portrait photography, I will narrow down the essential technical knowledge needed to use your phone as a tool for creativity and self-expression. We will learn tips and tricks, ensuring you fully understand its settings and how to use it confidently for visual storytelling.

By the end of the course, you will feel confident and natural with your phone, using it to create powerful and engaging images while developing your visual style. We’ll be exploring how to move from a single image to a whole story, told through powerful and meaningful photographs. Each week, you’ll be given a small piece of homework (around two hours) to help you put your learning into practice.
